Orange Jam

We picked oranges from the trees to make jam, we found out that orange trees have big thorns so we must be carefull.

We then went back to the kitchen to start making the jam, we peeled the oranges and weighed them in the thermomix, then added half sugar and blended it.

We then put the mixture into a pot, stired it and left to boil for half an hour.

We then made a label for the jar and stuck it onto the jar.

We also planted radishes in the garden and watered all of the lettuce.

we all enjoyed feeding the sheep, goats and ducks.
